SkyHire India is an aviation-focused career and job platform intended to help candidates discover opportunities and use application and career-related services. The website may display information relating to airlines, airports, ground handling, aviation services and other aviation-sector opportunities.
Unless expressly stated on a specific page, SkyHire India is not the airline, airport or aviation employer named in a job listing and should not be assumed to be an official career website of a third-party company.
By accessing the website, using a service, verifying an email address, submitting an application or making an application-related payment where applicable, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not submit an application or continue using the relevant service.
You must be legally capable of providing the information and consent required for the service you use. You are responsible for checking the eligibility criteria of each job, including age, qualification, experience, location, documentation, medical, background, language or other role-specific requirements.
Submitting an application does not mean that you satisfy every employer requirement. Eligibility may be reviewed at any stage.
You must provide information that is true, complete, current and not misleading. This includes your name, contact details, date of birth, location, education, employment history, aviation experience and resume information.
You must not impersonate another person, submit an application using another person's identity without authority, upload fabricated documents or knowingly provide false employment or education information.
False, incomplete, fraudulent or misleading information may result in application rejection, restriction of website access or other action permitted by law.
We aim to present job and career information clearly. However, vacancies, eligibility criteria, location, salary information, job type, hiring timelines and other opportunity details may change, expire or be corrected.
A job listing is informational and does not constitute an employment contract, appointment letter, offer of employment or guarantee of interview or selection.
Hiring decisions may depend on eligibility, employer requirements, document verification, interviews, assessments, background checks, medical requirements, vacancy availability and other recruitment factors. Final hiring decisions may be made by the relevant employer or authorised recruitment party.
Names, logos, trademarks and references to airlines, airports, aviation companies or other third parties may be used for identification, informational or career-related purposes where appropriate.
Unless a specific relationship is expressly disclosed, the presence of a third-party name or job opportunity on SkyHire India does not by itself mean that SkyHire India is owned by, operated by, endorsed by or officially affiliated with that third party.
Candidates may be required to complete mandatory fields, verify an email address through OTP, upload an accepted resume format, accept declarations and privacy terms, and complete other steps displayed in the application flow.
An application may be treated as incomplete where required information, verification or an applicable payment step has not been successfully completed.
Email OTP verification may be used to confirm access to the email address entered in an application. You are responsible for entering an email address that you can access and for keeping the OTP confidential.
Do not share an OTP with an unknown person. SkyHire India will never require your UPI PIN, ATM PIN or banking password for OTP verification.
You may upload only file formats and file sizes accepted by the website. Uploaded resumes should contain information relevant to your application.
You must not upload malicious files, executable code, scripts, malware, unlawful content or files designed to interfere with the website. Unless specifically requested through a verified and appropriate process, do not include unnecessary Aadhaar, PAN, banking credentials, card PINs, UPI PINs or passwords in your resume.
Where an application-related fee is enabled, the applicable amount and payment requirement should be displayed during the application process. Payment, where required, may occur after application form submission.
A payment is connected to the service or application process described on the website. Payment does not purchase employment and does not guarantee interview, selection or appointment.
You are responsible for checking the amount and application reference before completing payment. Payment processing may involve a third-party payment service subject to its own terms and privacy practices.
A transaction initiated by a candidate may remain incomplete, pending, failed or subject to verification. An application-related payment should be treated as successfully completed only when the relevant payment status is confirmed in the SkyHire India process.
If a payment appears to have been debited but the application payment status is not updated, contact support through the official Contact page and provide the relevant application and transaction information. Never send a UPI PIN, ATM PIN or banking password.
Refund eligibility, where applicable, depends on the nature of the payment, transaction status, service circumstances and any refund policy or payment notice displayed for the relevant service.
A candidate should not assume that every completed application-related payment is automatically refundable. Duplicate, failed or disputed transactions may require verification before any action is taken.
Where a separate Refund or Cancellation Policy is published, that policy forms part of these Terms for the relevant payment.
We may use the contact information provided by you to send OTPs, application acknowledgements, payment information, status updates, service notices, support responses and other career or application-related communications.
You are responsible for checking the accuracy of your email address and mobile number and for monitoring your inbox and spam or junk folder where appropriate.
You should rely on official SkyHire India website information and verified communication channels. No person should be assumed to have authority to promise employment, demand confidential banking credentials or guarantee selection merely because they claim to represent SkyHire India.

We may use verification, session, CSRF, validation, logging, file restriction and other security controls. You agree not to defeat or interfere with these controls.
We may restrict access, reject a submission or investigate activity where we reasonably identify abuse, suspicious behaviour, security risk or violation of these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated, the SkyHire India website design, original text, graphics, software presentation, branding and original website content are owned by or licensed for use by SkyHire India and are protected to the extent available under applicable law.
You may use the website for personal job-search and application purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, republish or commercially exploit substantial original SkyHire India content without appropriate permission.
Third-party names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
The website may link to airline career pages, aviation companies, payment services or other external websites. External websites operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies and security practices.
SkyHire India is not responsible for the content, availability or independent practices of a third-party website merely because a link is provided.
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue website features, application flows, job listings or services where reasonably necessary. Maintenance, technical problems, hosting incidents, network failures or security events may temporarily affect availability.
We do not guarantee that every website feature will be available continuously or without error.
An application or use of the service may be restricted, rejected or reviewed where information appears false, eligibility requirements are not met, security controls are bypassed, prohibited content is uploaded, payment or verification requirements remain incomplete, or these Terms are violated.
Nothing in these Terms requires SkyHire India or a third-party employer to interview or select every applicant.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every job listing will remain open, that every candidate will be eligible, or that use of the website will lead to employment.
Nothing on the website should be treated as a guaranteed hiring outcome or as professional legal, financial or immigration advice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SkyHire India will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from unsuccessful job selection, a third-party hiring decision, an external website, candidate-provided inaccurate information or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for losses or claims arising from your fraudulent use of the website, deliberate violation of these Terms, unlawful content or infringement of another person's rights.
If you face an application, payment, website or service issue, use the official SkyHire India Contact page. Provide sufficient information to identify the issue, such as the application reference where relevant.
Do not include passwords, UPI PINs, ATM PINs or other secret authentication credentials in a support request.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute, claim or proceeding will be subject to applicable Indian law and the jurisdiction determined in accordance with law and any valid jurisdiction provisions adopted by SkyHire India.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
A delay or failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not automatically waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our website, application process, payment features, services, security practices or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the relevant service after an update may be subject to the revised Terms as permitted by applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific payment, refund or service notice expressly incorporated into the relevant process, form the applicable terms for your use of SkyHire India services.
